Okay I thought I'd make an actually serious post! *Gasp*
Errr actually no I just realized I can't. I do hate Bush. I just hate him less than Kerry.
I'm totally off topic, (and I know this question has been asked many times before), but why is it that we must always choose between bad and worse? Why not good and better?

Speaking on behalf of lazy minded fools everywhere, I think you're selling us short. We don't vote for the Republicans out of brand loyalty, we vote for Republicans for far worse reasons. For example, Bush's daughters are more attractive than Kerry's. Also, Bush comes before Kerry alphabetically.

Well, I agree with his policies on Gun Control and Capital Punishment ("Don't mess with what works" being the unofficial policy on those.) (Well, besides the Assault Weapons act- I think we still need that one.).
Other than that I lean Democrat (Moderate but loud and arrogant, a rarity. I'll be the first to admit the latter two, also...).

I do not hate Bush because Bush really has no power. He is just a front man for corporate interests and it is the corporate tactics that I hate. I feel sorry for Bush because he was born into teh Bush family and therefore he has no choice but to be a heartless pro-corporate/anti-populist cut-throat as that's what he was raised to do.

They weren't really supposed to darlin, it's called sarcasm. I was just making a point to whoever posted the choices for the "why do you hate Bush?" poll
Just thought I'd try to make a poll as biased as the one currently up =)
Dem your poll is more biased than the one currently up. The poll currently up includes the options "Because he's a moron and retarded *insert stupid, self-absorbed, immature chuckle*" and "Because I'm a geopolitical oracle and my ideas are clearly superior to that of Bush's", which allow the polled to chose between admiting they are arrogant and condescending or admiting they are stupid. Your poll only gives the polled the option of admiting they are stupid.

How dare you? George W. Bush is the "Conservative Savior" and "Great Liberator" of mankind from the dark blanket of tyranny and oppression. Our "Dear Leader" will kick hanoi Kerry's traitor ass.

Guess I'm better! Ok, no, seriously - the point is that both polls demonstrate absolutely nothing other than the conservative/liberal view of the other side. This is why us centrists are better. ;-)
Besides, wouldn't "My personal God told him to say this, so therefore it is right" be kind of arrogant?

Who? Me? I don't hate America, I'm just making a point about biased polls. Of course, I don't like Bush much as a president, but that doesn't make me un-American (despite what he might say).

Since everybody who worships a God worships has their own personal viewpoint on the nature of that God, the option pretty much says "Bush gets his orders from my God..."

The two phrasologies are not equivalent. In fact in the poll question it is only implied that the polled agree that Bush recieves orders from the polled's G*d. Nope, your poll is more biased than the one it is based, just face up to it, you believe the only reason people can support Bush is Stupidity. The opposing pollster believes the a person can oppose Bush for Stupidity or Arrogance.

As I originally pointed out, I don't believe that people who support Bush or people who do not support him do it only out of stupidity or arrogance. I was simply making a biased poll that contained the "stereotypes" I either have seen from some people or have heard from others (just like the other guy). If you see some sort of pattern in that, fine - no biggie. Just don't make it out to be a direct point, because it isn't. The entire thread is just a joke anyways.

It was sarcasism, just like your original poll. All of my posts on this thread have been tongue-firmly-in-cheek as I thought your replies were. Now you have to go and take things seriously.

I don't hate Bush because I really don't care about him that much. You have to care about someone first, in order to hate them. I don't know the guy, to start with.
Please show me one thing that Bush has done wrong with undeniable, credible evidence. Then I will disprove it.

I can see Jenna and Barbara as being semi-attractive in a sort of drunken, frat-boy-slut kinda way, but Alexandra and Vanessa have that imperfect rich-girl-next-door vibe going on. So I have to disagree with you.
... and Kerry has five letters to Bush's four. Nyah.

Well, this wasn't meant to be a serious thread, but I'll give you this anyways:
http://www.ucsusa.org/global_environment/rsi/page.cfm?pageID=1449
The Union of Concerned Scientists has reported numerous abuses by the Bush administration. Basically, if Bush decides he doesn't like the opinion of a scientific advisor or committee, he just gets rid of them and hires a yes-man with little standing in the scientific community. Most of these focus on environmental issues in which he has done this, but it is also rampant in the biotechnology area. Granted, politics has always *tried* to affect science, but the Bush administration has done this to an unprecedented degree.
So, that's just one of the many things Bush has done wrong.

Creating sarcastic polls is fun. I don't understand why anyone would want to close one down in the first place. Of course, now I'm being hypocritical. Oh, well. Maybe I'll call up the Republicans and have them solve everything for me, because I just know they have everything under control, and as a conservative, I'm incapable of making a rational enough decision to solve this matter myself. :D
