actually I'm kinda taking it for fun

it's not required for my primary major (although it is for my secondary and for some grad schools)

so uhh....I'm watching this vampire movie....and it's got this actress I really like in it.....well nevermind, she just got shot...
but she was so close to becoming a vampire :(

Organic chemistry is interesting, I took chemistry in high school. Unfortunately, my chemistry teacher and I didn't really get along.

I just want to have my second major and go to a good grad school

actually, I do just like knowing how and why the body works like it does (and why certin drugs work certain ways, etc...) which is why I like biochem

ummm...don't know really. People are always like...really afraid of them in movies, but all they do is eat and have sex
and occassionally kill people cause people are always trying to kill them

anyway, there's nothing so bad about being a vampire, except that whole no sun thing
and in movies, female vampires are always just portrayed as being very sensual and I've just always been into bite marks anyway
I don't have any weird obsession with them, I just thought of it cause the movie was on...
(and no, I don't believe in vampires)

Arguably, the modern vampire has a very interesting relationship to capitalism...

Look at Varney the Vampire, the first of the truly "unkillable" monsters of the genre... He just kept coming back...

Of course, the author was producing a serial novel, and he was paid by the word.

Now, we just get a ton of crappy sequels... as long as someone will pay to see them.

Ultimately, of course, Varney threw himself into Mount Vesuvius, disgusted by his own wretched existence... when the financer of the novel decided he had to cut the funds.

I don't have to worry about that....quite as much.....I think
that is dangerous, since there is so much blood going to ummm....certain body parts when you're being intimate
chances are you probably would die instead of becoming immortal
unless you are already a vampire
then you'd just get really hungry

and hurt a lot

I had this weird dream about vampires last night. I was being chased around this church by a group of vampires and I had to climb up into the rafters to escape them. Only, I think somehow, I was a vampire too. :confused:

Funny you should mention that actually. The reason I'm up so late tonight is that I'm finnishing off the last of my coursework for a university course.
