It has been rumored that bush will choose Giuliani as his vice presidential candidate.

Meaning, of course, if you don't vote Bush you hate Giulani which then means you hate New York which then means you supported 9/11. Sounds like something Bush would do to get support.

I didn't hear that he was dropping Cheney.

I think picking Guiliani would be a major propaganda victory. You can just imagine the ad now:

"One was the mayor who bravely dealt with the attack on our country.
The other was the president who brougt the perpetrators to infinite justice.

This November, don't vote for the commie. Bush-Guiliani 2004!"

I don't think Giuliani would be that bad even though it would be propaganda. look what he has done for NYC. He's nothing like that asshat Bloomberg :upyours:

bush needs to dump cheney
he is a scary man who was put in to give bush a bit of credibility
now bush has all the credibility he needs.
the thing is, the VP is the guy who gets a boost to be the nominee for the party next time.

giuliani is a good choice for a replacement. he would bring excitement to the ticket
my personal favorite is condileeza rice. not that im sure she would want to run for prez in '08 but it sure would change the dynamics of this election

I picked Edwards, but Guiliani would be much better than Cheney. However, Bush is sticking with Cheney. Especially now, it would look like an admission that his policies were bad ones, which is not the stance they are taking at all. Plus it wouldn't go to well with their flip flopper branding of Kerry.
