I don't know about the rest of you, but I for one am getting sick of the all the freakin' "rerun" threads that are quite rampant and abundant these days. They are now a dime a dozen.
After all, we've all heard the same arguements before, isn't it time to find something else to flamebait each other over?
NOW! I do have one rule; do NOT start any debates on any of the topics in the poll. This is just a thread on WHY you are or aren't sick of the rerun threads.
If you don't like them, don't read them. Works for me.

I don't read a lot of them.
I'm just asking this on a per quota basis.

but these are all very pertinent issues. i just think that people are looking for more to justify their opinions thats all.

They can't justify their opinions on one gay marriage thread, one War on Terrorism thread, or one religion thread? What people are actually discussing doesn't bother me, it's when they have fifty different threads for each topic.

I'll admit it does get annoying, but every once in a while i'll want to at least try to have an intelligent discussion about some of the issues listed (though I think I only managed it once) If you want to read more general things though...well, I guess theres them Jolt outsider folk. =|

i mean i never expected people to be organized. everyone thinks they have a different take on things, myself included. people have different personal connections on issues so it's justifiable. plus can you imagine reading through 50 pages of religious discussion. i mean i think its important, but not even i am going to read 50 pages worth of arguments.

I agree. I don't mind reading 2 or 3 pages, but after that it's annoying! Especially when on the thread page, there is another similar topic. I don't care if people have these discussions, but it seems like there are a billion of the same threads with the same reactions and the three camps of thought; the ones who support it, those who don't and the John Kerrys.
