My name is close to the name Tara, and means something along the lines of "crowned" (I'm not kidding), so take a guess.

So in reality you're limiting this to anyone under 23? Is there a site that has names across time? Or at least within the last 40 years maybe?

All of the people I know with those names are kids under the age of 13. Not very many people over that age are name those names. Mine's Allison, and the most common girls names of girls my age (17) around here are Stephanie and Michelle.. and I have friends who are twins named both of those names. Once my two friends named Michelle dated my two friends name Josh.. now that was confusing. I've never actually met someone my exact age named Allison other than me. I know one a year older, one 3 years older and one two years younger.
