If a dog humps my leg, and I don't want it to, is that considered rape?

A dog isn't human, and therefore is not subject to human laws and punishment; as I understand it. I may be mistaken. Moreover, they are not sentient, and as such cannot be held responsible on the same level as a human can.

In short, no.

Nope, rape requires penetration.

Your dog humping your leg is just sexual assault.

No, unless it bites you and tries to force you to submit. But you should give it a good kicking.

So can I have the dog arrested?

You should have said that 50mins ago. Now I have to go to my craptastic maths lecture. Smells like algebra today. Wish me pleasant dreams?

I think the smart thing to do is kill the dog in self-defence. After that sue the owner (or if its a stray dog, the state for allowing it to run loose). The dog is property, which has imposed on your right of sexual determination, which is or at least ought to be sacred, so in effect you feel raped no matter what the right legal term is. Argue that its the same thing as if the owner had assaulted you with a large dildo (dildo=property=dog). Killing the dog is necessary so you can show that you really felt threatened. Try also to have a friend as a witness. Friends make better witnesses 'cause they bend the truth your way and most judges and juries believe them.

Were there any witnesses? At the moment we only have your word you didn't consent...

For a second there I thought you'd actually posted a serious debate, BV! lol.

Hmm...I say kidnap the dog, and hold it for ransom.
