Kerry/Edwards campaign is inept

(This is supposed to be a fun post, so don't go taking this the wrong way)

A few weeks ago, I signed up for a Kerry/Edwards bumber sticker, and I have yet to receive it. I'm severly disappointed in the Kerry campaign for allowing such a grievous error. I've had to receive all their email for nothing now....granted, i was not intended on using the bumper sticker to support Kerry. Certain "modifications" were to be made. This CLEARLY spells the demise of Kerry's run for president.

*It should be noted I can't get a free Bush bumper sticker, but I can't decide if it's worse to just not offer one, or offer one then not send it.

If you were going to deface it, it hardly seems that they are inept in not giving it to you. In fact it seems eerily prescient...

The mail was intercepteed by the Bush administration to be checked for harmful materials like a nuclear war head, and then it was put in the backroom of a post office for 3 motnhs until they can send it to you

Riiiight...so the Kerry campaign knew my intentions with their bumper sticker. If anything, you think they'd be happy to send it since a registered republican is asking for something to supposedly show their support for their campaign.

Hah, i knew that was going to come across that way. I wasn't trying to start anything. And yeah, I did. My roommate asked for one too and hasn't received it. We're rather disappointed. I'm sure I'll be able to find something for one of the two candidates when it gets closer to actual election time.

Maybe you live in a bad neighborhood so they won't send you anything...even in the mail.

I asked for one too. Actually. It never came. Interesting.... I just forgot about it. :\

And me, I wasn't going to deface it. I wanted to put it on my mirror or something.

Not only did I receive my bumper sticker, but I received mine within 2 weeks of requesting it. I also received my yard sign within 2 weeks of requesting it. I also received my lapel pins and refrigerator magnet. And then I got my new Kerry/Edwards yard sign when Kerry came to town on the 15th. And then the DNC sent my "Kick Em Out" bumper sticker.

No problems whatsoever. The longest time I had to wait was for my bumper sticker from Political Strikes. But it now graces the center of my bumper. Says very clearly, "Bush is a Traitor'.....right beside my "Veterans for Kerry" sticker. Happy days...and kudos to Edwards for such a fine speech this evening. Wow, his daughter even spoke without sticking out her tongue. I hope the Bush girls were watching.

Veterans for Kerry....they love him because he testified against them...right?

Anyhow...where would one get a free Kerry bumper sticker? *evil laugh*

My personal favorite shirts are two that I had made for me. One has a picture of bin laden that says vote for Kerry, and the other one has a nasty picture of aborted babies that says Vote Democrat.

Well, actually a lot of veterans are chosing to vote for Kerry because he's one of us, unlike the monkey that currently possesses the White House.

Oh, and your shirts are tactless....but that's pretty much par for the course from a Republican party that epitomizes hate speech while crying when anything a tenth of what they do comes back to them. Yup, typical conservative "family values" there. I'm sure glad those types of values aren't what my son is being raised on.

Wait, did anyone read the top of the post, this was to be all in good fun, no bashing eachothers political parties. You may be a conservative, I may be a democrat. You may hate stem cell research, I might be for it, but hey, lets all unite, at least we're not french.

I have to agree the campaign is inept, but for a different reason.

Where are the people whose job it is to keep Kerry from telling jokes? I'd rather watch Bush mangle the language then watch Kerry tell a joke. Alright, maybe they're trying to get sympathy from people who see how hard he tries to be funny, but I just find it painful to watch. He should work to his strengths a paint himself as an inteligent thoughtful man with strong beliefs instead of trying to "connect" with the common man. I understand why his campaign strategists would want him to 'connect" with common man, if he merely "understands" the common man he might come off as elitist, but darn it you cannot make bricks without straw and Kerry cannot tell a joke (on camera at least). Please, I beg of you, if you have any influence on the Kerry campaign get him to stop telling jokes.

How is Kerry anything like "us"? Unless of course we were all sent to boarding school in Switzerland and married a billionaire...

Flame away.

weird, I got my John Kerry bumper sticker a few seconds after I asked for it. But that's probably because I asked for it in person
