Hmm I think that in about five or six billion years from now, the Sun will deplete the hydrogen in its core and begin a quick march toward its ultimate fate as a white dwarf. Along the way, the Sun's core will contract and grow hotter, while its outer layers expand and cool. The Sun will grow to many times its current size, swallowing Mercury, Venus, and Earth in the process of becoming a red giant. Luckily, no multicelllular species we know of can survive for billions of years anyway, so humans likely won't be around to see it.
How do you think the world will end? I think there will be a huge war in the middle east, then things will go downhill from there.
Actually, there is evidence that the army of Satan from Revelation is the Muslim community...
Not that I'm trying to call Muslims evil :D
