I don't really eat ice cream, I just use vanilla ice cream to make root beer, orange, strawberry, or grape floats!

If Ben & Jerry's would make a low-carb Cherry Garcia, that would be my favorite.

Until then, I'd have to say Atkins Butter Pecan (and you can't tell the difference from the high-carb stuff. Tastes just the same).

Without a doubt, cookie dough.

I've only recently become a big Vanilla fan, especially Vanilla Bean or the Turkey Hill variety.
