The recent Xbox Thread prompted me to ask (rather than simply hijack the thread) which do you prefer for gaming purposes. I'm well aware that the computer has many uses other than gaming (this being one of them) but let's stick to the topic at hand.
Which do you prefer and why?
Personally I can use either with equal skill and as such don't care one way or the other (the exception being for morrowind which I love but the 'Box version needs some of the mods I use on the compy version. Cliff Racer Remover...)

if i had more money then good sense i MIGHT consider
blowing some on a piece of hardware that is completely
useless for doing anything creative with, but i kind of
seriously have difficulty immagining doing so.
i'd be much more likely to invest in machine tools and
build myself a little train big enough to ride on instead.
not that i'm knocking the IDEA of computer gaming
i just can't see throwing away what limited resources i do
have on any sort of dedicated game machine.
of course i'm someone who also chooses not to own credit
cards, cell phones or even a car of some kind.
the latter i have owned i just think the're a major pain.
unless and untill i get a chance to own a little piece of
land up in the boonies somewhere that i'll need some kind
of a little truck or van or maybe a two wheeler to get in
and out of.
the only things i wish to own that lack the potential for
use as a means of creative expression are those the world
i live in won't let me get away with not having, like
a pair of pants and a shirt. and not extravigant numbers
of those either.
