You aren't very good with your choices...
Mountain Dew LiveWire wins over all for me, but that seems to only be available in the summer...so I'm gonna say regular Mountain Dew during the non-summer...

Well, there are plenty of sodas I like better. Dr. Pepper. Pepsi Vanilla. IBC Root Beer.
But in terms of Coke OR Pepsi, I choose Pepsi. Coke is evil. Pepsi is good.

There are a lot of drinks that are neither Coke or Pepsi.
I'm pretty sure in those you can count Dr. Pepper, most Root Beers, Sunkist, all the Frutopia, there are a lot more too...

As was i
Coke!
Pepsi is evil. They copy everything Coke does, and they have rap in their commercials. Rap sucks. One thing I don't like is when a compnay tries to make another look bad in a commercial. "Mudslinging." Pepsi did this to Coke in their not-so-recent commercial with the bouncing truck and the "riding the storm out" song. I like that song!
I want to see all the people who thought Pepsi was cooler in that commercial take a Pepsi from the truck and have it explode all over their face from the bouncing... heh-heh...

Pepsi as a cola, (Pepsi)
Sprite as a clear pop, (Coca Cola)
Dr. Pepper is my favorite pop. (Dr. Pepper)
So I like a variety.
But I voted for Pepsi since it is a cola pop.

If it’s served cold, Coke pawns.
If its served at room temperature, Pepsi pawns.
Just so long as it isn’t diet, C2, Pepsi one, or any other flavor besides cherry.
Lemon coke sucks, Lime Coke sucks, Pepsi Blue sucks. So far Cherry is the only cola add on that seems to actually taste good.
Australian Coke
American Pepsi (shudder, but it's the only thing that tasted halfway decent over there... the Coke was all... flat and icky)
Personally, I'm a coke fan. I'd no more drink Pepsi here in Aus than I'd by an iPod (*shudder*), or eat any fast food but McDonald's fries.
I'm close-minded about small things so I can remain open-minded about bigger things (or at least that's what my brain rationalises)

coke.
and reffering to a post that was made last page, isnt Dr. Pepper owned by pepsi?
Neither. If forced, I would drink Coke but after objecting to it both morally and politically, as Coke helped put Senator Rick Santorum in office and has funded a couple anti-gay groups (And since I'm gay..). Pepsi is just a copy-cat, trying to keep up with Coca-Cola's rapidly changing service.
DPSU(Dr.Pepper/Seven-Up is owned by Cadbury Schweppes in the UK)
Dr Pepper, 7 UP, A&W, Sunkist, Canada Dry, Hawaiian Punch, Schweppes, Squirt, Welch's, Country Time, IBC, Crush, Sundrop, Vernors, Hires, Cactus Cooler, and Tahitian Treat are all basically owned by Cadburry Schweppes. Coca-Cola has international rights to DPSU, excluding Western Europe, Australia, and North America since Cadbury sold them said international rights excluding those area.

"Technically, Dr. Pepper is a Coca-Cola product, just not in the United States."
Actually, it's a Coke product in the US, too.
It's bottled and distributed by Coca-Cola, but it's "made" by Dr. Pepper, which is how it is everywhere, last I knew.
;) So, technically, it's Coke.
Dr. Pepper owns all, but I gotta go with Pepsi, it's sweeter.

coke, cos coke is the most socialist.
how, you might ask? well for one, coke is red. but mainly its through the image coke create for themselves. over here in the UK the most current pepsi advert involves a bunch of corporate pop stars in an ancient roman ampetheatre, frollicking around in leather and chainmail, and it offends my intelligence a bit when they think that i'll buy their product cos they managed to get some pop stars to dress in fetishware. whereas coke's current campaign shows this woman handing out free coke while singing a pretty funky song... so if we're going purely on image, then coke.
of course in reality, coke is not socialist, but i still prefer it to pepsi anyway

Okay all of those people who are saying 'well there are other drinks out there' are getting annoying. We're not stupid. This question was just about Coke vs. Pepsi. I was born and raised a Coca-Cola girl, so naturally I voted Coke. For some reason Coke always seemed more Canadian to me, I guess it's because it's red and white whereas Pepsi is red white and blue. I don't drink much pop any more though.

Coke has a worldwide agenda to get it's name recognized. Sprite, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola also uses MTV and Music to brainwash kid's into drink said product. Coke also imports clean water from outside US borders because it's cheaper than US clean water. (though some of the water isn't clean at all) Coke also has an empire of wealth and assets compared to Pepsi.
I vote for Pepsi.

They're wealthy and have assets because they've been around for just under half a century! Like Ford, Boeing, M&M, etc. Are they all evil too, or do we just have something against big corporations? ;-)

Excuse me for bursting your bubble, but mountain dew lowers the sperm count. Not that that is a bad thing or any thing but-
I'm personally very concerned with Mountain Dew lowering my sperm count. I'm sure that my adolescent sex drive will be crushed and I won't be able to have kids whenever I have unprotected sex with the hundreds of women I spend the night with in an average month. I really liked Mountain Dew before your enlightened post burst my bubble.
Anyway, I have to go Coke in this poll because I'm an irresponsible consumer. I disregard their political trespasses in order to enjoy the spicier, refreshing taste of their drinks while I talk to Dell customer support people in India (who, like me, are wearing clothes sewed by people from their very own subcontinent).
If Cadbury-Schweppes was an option, there's a good chance I'd go that direction. I'd also like to thank Doujin for having a profound knowledge of the intricate web we call the soft drink industry. I feel crazy-enlightened :)

Coke is better than Pepsi because Pepsi is a subordinate cola. Why, you ask?
Pepsi is a copy of Coke (Do your research, it's true) and it will never taste as good. Whenever coke comes out with something good, Pepsi copues it. Vanilla Coke? Vanilla Pepsi. Coke C2? Pepsi Edge (And this stupid new Diet Rite Splenda crap lol). When offered rootbeer though...

Ok, you know Pepsico and Cadbury Schweppes are in bed with each other right? I mean Pepsico and CS both bottle at the same factories. Pepsico products are distributed by CS in europe (if CS doesnt own a similar soft drink in which case they'd distribute their own) and Pepsico distributes A&W in the U.S. Basically its like this: CS owns A&W but since Pepsico owns CS and CS owns Pepsico (or a substantial share) any A&W that's in the US you have Pepsico to thank for...
Now if you're in the EU, then why are you drinking pop from a company that sells Pepsico products...
Assuming you still believe "Pepsi is a subordinate cola."
