Any liberal nations want to move to my new region, Liberal Galaxy?

Our goal is to have a prochoice, pro-bussiness government with low taxes and a government that focuses on health and education. Citizens enjoy drugs, nudity and a low drinking age (18), although we don'tgo overboard, we're a utopian society :-D

Pro-business is hardly Utopian. Of course, I guess everyone has their own idea of Utopia.

I'm pretty sure this goes in Gameplay. Anyways, most liberal nations are against corporations, so you're gonna have a hard time there.

Canada is a very liberal nation...it is one of the highest taxed nations in the world...a liberal government is not cheap so does not come with low taxes...a liberal government is also not sopposed 2 be pro large bisiness(Canada pretends its not but very poorly)

No, they are anti-big business as large businesses tend to restrict certian civil freedoms by prodicing monopolies.
Liberalism is more left wing than current US and European politics.
Liberal and laissez faire are not the same thing.

I agree, LIBERALISM is not technically defined as what Bill Clinton and crew were promoting, it's for liberty. Therefore a true liberal promotes social liberty AND economic liberty. Anyone that thinks liberal means high government spending is obviously misguided, because being taxed reduces your economic liberty.

There seems to be a slight crossing or wires here.
Liberalism tends towards anti-BIG business as it reduces economic liberty.
However, it is not wholly anti-business and would probably not put in any direct government controls against big business as a socialist country might.

Of course it's not totally laissez-faire, because that would allow for slavery and such so long the people were willing to be forced into it (it's very possible). But it's definitely capitalist, traditional liberalism that is, and would allow private enterprise. Just not overwhelming private enterprise

That's what I said.
