First off, the link won't work for me.
Second, the tax cuts affected everyone who pays federal income tax. The only ones not included were the extreme poor who pay no federal income tax. How can you give money back to people who didn't put it in in the first place?
The rich are still paying two to three times more percentage wise than the poorest who pay federal income tax. For it to be completely fair, there should be a flat tax rate.

As a note though, the EIC is a way of giving income tax money back to people who didn't pay it in the first place. It's a scam and fiscal slight of hand and would result in people going to jail if anyone but the government did it, but it's the law.

But Bush squandered his tax cut on billionaires who didnt need one and gave a dirty muffler to the overtaxed middle class who needed tax cuts the most

but you miss my point--Warren Buffet wants to know why Bush makes his secretary pay a higher tax rate then he does--this is more republican welfare for the rich schemes that hurt our overall economy
