I have to say this pic freaks me out for some reason.
I mean, just look at it. The first time I saw it I almost craped my pants.

I sense that there should be some text to the picture that would explain what it is and that would make it creepy. But without understanding what it really is, it's not creepy.

I mean, a guy pointing a loaded gun to my head isn't creepy if i don't know what a gun can do.

Creepy things....well, me and my mates went to this old abandonned mental asylum that was just beyond the forests behind Joe's house. One time when we went there, we decided to explore a new bit of it. There were people living on the roads around it, so we always at night, over the fields wearing black and using blue LED torches. We climbed over this fence into what was part of the childrens wing, and we sat on this roundabout in the garden for a bit, then we went inside the building itself, and there was a swimming pool. It was freaky, really hot and humid, but the water was clear because they'd put so much chlorine in before it had been abandonned, and there were floats bobbing on the water

We went further into the building, and came to a large caffeteria area. Most of this place was empty, but we turned into the kitchen just off the main space, and everything was lying there set out. There was a plate with a dirty knife on it, an open, half full carton of milk, which was now stinking the place out, but had been there since '96, and washing up everywhere. The chair was pushed back violently, as if whoever it was had just got up and run out of there like hell....which is what we wanted to do!

Yeah, I agree. It looks like a somewhat surreal painting of hands groping for a man through windows. Could be interpreted as creepy, but then again, maybe they just want to...um...hand him pieces of cheese or something.

It is a negative image of a picture that ws used on the cover of the LP "Cherry Knowle" by the band Leatherface in 1991 (and yes, I have a copy of the original vinyl release beside me right now). Where it came from before that I don't know, but I suspect it is a still from a film

Well, I guess it could be described as vaguely sinister, especially when it is not apparent that the arms are stretching out through prison bars, and they look more like vague manifestations of ectoplasm.

Not an illustration that I'm going to lose sleep over though.

Are you saying that you didn't see the image in my post? If so, then that may be a problem with your personal settings for the Jolt server.

I'm certainly able to see the image on this forum.

Update: no longer able to see it. It must be one of those limited bandwith things.
