Nah, the phrase "bodies without organs" doesn't refer to a body with the organs taken out, but instead to the break down of the fucntional divisions between those organs. Thus, instead of sexual pleasure being limited to just the groin, it is free to be experienced throughout the entire organism.

As a guy, I have to agree with Katganistan about free will over free willy. Boys will boys, as they say, but at a certain point in their lives men have to be men. It's all about taking responsibility for your actions. That seems to have been forgotten somewhere along the line.
