I have a 'Get Rich Quick Sceme'.
I simply buy some cheap penny stock and then I write a fictional story about the company I bought the stock from saying they're develouping something really, really cool. Then I anonymously send the story to CNBC or something like that then they publish it and before the company can respond people, because most people are easily fooled, buy the stock. It explodes. Then when it get's really high I pull it all out and suddenly I'm rich as crap.
I hope no-one else has thought of it.
That would be immoral and deceptive. I suggest you don't do it.

Are you saying I shouldn't do what everyone else is doing?

Sexism was once common. That didn't make it right.

I think very few people do this. If a broker did this they would most likely lose their license and face possible criminal charges.

You do realize that not only have other people thought of it, they're in jail for having done it, right? The Securities and Exchange Commission doesn't look to fondly on securities tampering.

On the other hand, if you're stupid enough to purchase a stock on the account of a person with no financial credentials and put no effort into researching the stock yourself then you probably deserve to lose your money.
I heard of a kid about 16 years old who bought stock and then spammed stockbrokers and other people with false stock information. He was extremely sucessful, until he got 18 months.

He was extremely sucessful, until he got 18 months.Maybe I could get penny stock from some unheard of company. Then tell stock-brokers that I think they're probably making something very cool. Then when they sue me I'll go, "Well I technically never lied. I said 'I think' not 'they are'."
HA!

Well, look at it this way--if you're really only 14, then you'll only go to juvy, not to the real jail.
