okay, I used to use mIRC like 5 yars ago, and I just downloaded it, how in the hell do i get to the NS channel?
can someone walk me thru this step by step please?

How to Access:
1. Download an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) program. mIRC is the preferred program for PC users, but there are programs for just about any type of computer. A Yahoo! search for IRC programs should yield positive results for your particular system. Or just go to http://www.mirc.com Yes it's free, just ignore the register part.
2. Connect to server "irc.esper.net (6667)".
3. Join the channel "#nationstates_politics" (without quotation marks).
4. Or #Nationstates or #Nationstates_General
