In the comic, everything is drawn 8-bit style. it is supposed to look like a Mario side-scroller in the desert.
Frame 1
On one side is an Iraqi insurgent. Next to him is one of those 'POW' blocks, but you can see within it is an acutal P.O.W. (prisoner of war)
On the other side, there are soliders. They see the insurgent and the P.O.W. trapped inside the POW block, and they begin to charge.
Frame 2
The soldiers charge, then the insurgent jumps over to the POW block and hits it
Frame 3
The P.O.W., along with the block, pop out of existance. The soldiers are in shock
Frame 4
Like w/enemies in the Mario world when he hits a POW block, the soldiers 'fall' off the desert, below the bottom of the comic
