Rock and roll life

Hello there, if am the nation of rock and roll life, I am looking for a region which would appreciate and contains nations of similar guides to life.
If anyone could tell me of an easy way to find such a region please let me know or.....
If anyone knows of such a place where the morals and values of rock and roll can be upheld.
For anyone unsure of these, firstly where the hell have you been for the last 40-50 years. ok here are the basics im looking to uphold:
1, Just relax, the guys in charge must be liberal, allowing the little guys to do what they want to.
2,No large militaries, peace and love are ideals that are needed, negotiate not guns blazing. A millatary can be acceptable in certain circumstances, keeping the peace etc etc
3, Just general civial rights and pollitical freedoms
