I hate to say this but if this is true, not stating its not but nevermind, then the Democrats should be sued for violating Nader's right to be on the ballot!

When is a Democrat NOT sueing over something. Blimey pain in the necks they are. They claim democracy left and right but try as hard as hell to keep it from being a real democracy. It's only a democracy if they have a role, otherwise they are against it and it is fascist. I love being right.

If it is true, then Nader needs to sue the DNC.

He has a right to be ont he ballet.

The argument of vote stealing is BS.

If that is the problem then the DNC needs to think about whom they put on the ballet. A rock solid candidate would have nothing to fear from Nader.....

I hate to say it but MKULTRA, we have been agreeing most of the evening and that scares the hell out of me. You are right, they do have their own bias, even I don't agree with everything Fox News is saying but I agree with them more times than not. Democracynow.org is the same.

the majortity don't make stories up but SOME have, Like that NYT reporter. However, that was pretty much an Isolated incident.

As for Nader suing as stated in another post, he should. If they are scared of Nader "Stealing the election" from Kerry, then they have no faith in Kerry and neither do I.

They should be suing to get an illigitimate president out of office and to keep him off the ballot.

Why don't you give them the whole story TRA? Why don't you tell them that the reason Nader's candidacy is being challenged is because there are more that 15,000 invalid signatures on the petition and because he failed to follow all the rules for getting on the ballot? Is it because you don't want people finding out that your hero doesn't think the rules apply to him when they're inconvenient?

Incertonia says it right, but he misses one point as well. One should also mention that its not the Democratic Party that is suing but 2 registered Democrats. The Arizona Democratic Party has endorsed the lawsuit but are legally not allowed to be involved in it.

So let me get this straight....Republicans did or didn't threaten to sue to get W. on the Illinois ballot even though the Republican National Party is openly planning to violate Illinois election law?

Um...first of all, its not the DNC that is doing this. And second of all, would we really stand to gain that many green, far left, etc. votes in Arizona?? Washington state I could understand, but Arizona??

Lol Thunderland, you do have a distinct point here!Funny thing is that according to a couple of sources, Republicans were partially financing Nader's effort and had were doing some of the petition work as well.

True to the nature of the great verbal illusionists that they are lawyers have manipulated both sides of the political spectrum and have them (Dems, GOP) using the rule of law to feed their (lawyers) insatiable appetite for power. Justice and truth are no longer the guiding principles or foundation for building laws it is now on a foundation of sand a foundation of the individuals desires over the needs of the community.
