I just was wondering in history there have been alot of villains in history but I was wondering who do you think was the best at being the bad guy. You can name them from any century 19th, 20th, 21st, etc. Some famous examples are Franco, Pavelic, Hitler, Musilini, Stalin, Mao, Pinocheti, Vlad the impaler, Pol Pot, OBL, Saddam Hussan, Idi Amin, Etc.

The worst villian is the one who no one suspects of being a villian. For this reason, I'd pick one of history's serial killers.. I'd have to do a whole bunch of research before picking one, though.
