BUT-I click on the news story from CNN, with the headline of the thread being the headline of the story, and I get this:

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A senior defense official said the expected release of memos Tuesday will show that Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld never approved a controversial interrogation technique called "water boarding," contrary to what CNN reported earlier.
