Up to now I have to say that I never really had an opinion of which administration takes the blame for 9/11. While I hate Bush, this changes my opinion upon Clinton from bad to worse. He had FOUR years to possibly prevent it

Well I knew that. Most people knew that (I think). Hatching up a terrorist sceam isn't very easy. But anyways I've know this for a while.

Neither Clinton nor Bush saw 9/11 coming. Why? It was because the CIA was too high tech. It relied on sattelites, bugs, and things like that. Al-Qaeda didn't use e-mail often. They didn't make phone calls. They just spread information by word of mouth. This time, we've done a better job at restoring our human intelligence assets, but unfortunatly, it came too late.
