OK well i finished watching Jay Leno and the special guess was Dennis Miller. This guy started ranting and raving and made some really insesitive jokes, including one about the only way to protect the New York Stock Exchange was to paint it like a mosque so no one would blow it up. But anyway, he started talking about how he hated these commissions everywhere: the ones for abu graib prison, the 9/11 commission to name the top two. He said they are pointless and are just created to make a tizzy. And that they also make the United States look bad. So I have a question, why do you not want the truth to come out? Are you afraid of looking bad? Are you afraid of the truth? Are you afraid that they might prove something or make your political views look bad?

Hello people, these are important issues. Not doing anything and brushing them aside won't make them go away. We need to face the facts, not avoid them. Were America, we don't run and hide whenever something comes up we don't like....or do we?

Although every show hes ever had has been cancelled.

They're artificial issues. They're only important because people with press time like to rant about them. Look at the Clinton / Lewninski thing. Not really important, but people with press time ranted, and we had a news sensation. That doesn't excuse Clinton's perjury, but it was still an artificial issue.

Thats a bit like automaticaly saying that all Liberals are Communist.

Not everybody in a party is an extremist, theres a fw, maybe a couple hundred thosand, in every party country wide that act like the stereotypical (insert party here), the rest are usualy pretty moderate and fairly logical.
Anyway, hes paid to act like that. If somebody said, 'Hey, Ill give you a million dollars a week to insult people' what would you say?

Miller hasn't been funny for a long time.
