Now for those who think there is a secret conservitive conspiracy must be very paronio, on drugs or stupid because there is not. I respect people that respect me but when someone makes a statement there is a evil orgonization commited to wipping out liberalism they sound like their out of their minds. I was watching the news and I saw Bill Clinton talk about this and how we (the conservatives) tryed to impech him in our "master plan" to begin the destruction of the democratic party. At that moment that proved this guy had no idea what he was talking about. Also if there was a conservative conmsperacy to destroy liberalism I would be apart of it because after all arn't I a republican and according to this myth all republicans in this made up "conspericy" are in on it. And also we are very smart and secritive about this and you guys would have no idea that we were planing this. And finally if there was a conspiracy I would not be so open to disguss it.

I have this stereotype that conservatives tend to be rich educated people who choose to fend for their own interests.
For some reason, when I attempt to read your post, my stereotype seems to fall apart quickly.

Talking about conspiracy theories, has anyone heard the radio show Savage Nation?
I've listened to it a couple of times while on the road, it's amazing how often he mentioned the liberal conspiracy that threatens our values and everything we hold dear.

Is it part of his normal credo, or did I happen to listen in one of his more enlightened moments?

First of all, saying that there exists a conservative conspiracy does not imply that ALL conservatives or ALL Repulicans would be in on it. Second of all, the idea is not that far fetched --- the policy of the Nixon administration regarding liberals (particularly Abbie Hoffman) could certainly have been classified as conspiratorial. Please note, I am NOT saying that I believe there is a vast conservative conspiracy. I'm just pointing out that it wouldn't be the first time.

if there wasn't a conspiracy to impeach Clinton, that would mean that a majority of congressional Republicans each decided on their own, without ever talking to each other about the issue, to hire Ken Starr to investigate Clinton's sex life. I'm more inclined to think the Republicans worked together in starting the investigation

When I made this thread it was directed to extremly parinode people that think all conservatives are out to get them. I did not want this to sound like that all liberals belive in this theory. By the way you guys did make some funny posts. LOL

I can't say that I know and liberals who believe that all conservatives are out to get them. There are certainly those who believe in right wing conspiracies (some of which have merit, e.g. PNAC), but I have never met or even heard of any liberal that thinks ALL conservatives are conspiring against them. One needs only to turn on Michael Savage's radio show on any given night to hear wild accusations about the vast "gay conspiracy" that is really just a cover for the even larger "communist conspriacy." Perhaps you could give some examples of these paranoid liberals to whom you are referring?

Perhaps there is a vast Conservative Conspiracy and you're simply not in the loop, Yugo? Do people suddenly stop talking when you enter the room? Do folks on the street refuse to make eye contact with you? Do letters sent to you with no return address self-destruct mere seconds after you open them? If you answered no to any of these questions, then you are obviously not a part of The Vast Right-Wing Christian Conservative Conspiracy and you really must get out more and attract their attention so they'll toss you an invite. Become a Freemason. Join the Young Republican group nearest you. Tell a battered woman that she was asking for it.

Don't worry Michael Savage is a neoconservative and does not represent us. He scares me. He makes us all look like idots who believe in whatever our leaders tell us. And I seriously doubt there is a gay conspericy. Also communism is dead so I do not know what this guy is talking about and if you want a few examples of liberals that believe this try Bill Clinton, Jonathan Lowe and Al Gore believe in this theory.
