Anyone Remember the "Fallout" PC Games?

Has anyone here played or own Fallout 1 and/or 2? It's a PC game. (Unfortunately, I lost the disk for 2)

If any of you are veterans of those games, you'll probably remember that for each location in the game there was an ending for it with it's own unique description during the ending sequence, which I thought was pretty cool. Anyway, I was wondering, has anyone compiled all possible endings for all possible locations? I have seen lots of endings, but I know I have'nt seen them all, so if anyone has information concerning the endings (for Fallout 1 or 2, or both), please post here.

Maybe you'll think of me when you are all alone
Maybe the one who is waiting for you will prove untrue, then what will you do?
Maybe you'll sit and sigh, wishing that I were near.
Then, maybe you'll ask me to come back again
And maybe I'll say maybe.

Haven't you noticed that all the threads you've posted that link to get deleted? Stop posting it, please. It's against the forum rules.

Wow, they have put a warning page before "You have been recruited by an idiot" page :o
Edit: And I have played those games, easter eggs and random encounters were so damn funny, like the crashed Star Trek shuttlepod and handgrenade of Antioch

So, have you played through the entire game(s)? And if so, was it once, or more than once that you played til the end of the game? What was the list of endings you got for each location?

I'm trying to compile a comprehensive list of Fallout endings.

PS: Why the heck do these idiots post in threads that have nothing to do with what they're posting about? And is there any way I can ban them from my thread, since I made it?

I wanted to buy both, but by the time I got a decent enough computer to play them, they weren't in stores anymore :(

They should be easy to find somewhere. "Online" maybe. Why dont you try e-bay?

Yeah, I looked into that, but I can only find it in US stores, and I don't have enough money spare to pay for shipping. (I live in Australia)

Plus, i'm not keen to freeload it, 'cause i'll miss out on cut scenes, etc.

Why would you miss out on Cutscenes?

They're usually ripped out in warez downloads.

Im sure someone would have it. Just use IRC, its a pretty popular game.
I lost my copy of fallout 2. But Id imagine more people would have 2 rather than one.

As I said. Falout three is coming out soon. It will be rereleased. Perhaps in a triple set. They are both very playable. Even today when they are so old.

Awesome, i'll look out for it.

Not that I know theres going to be a triple set. I jsut assume. Interplay is in a lot of financial trouble so it woukd make sense for them to try and milk fallout for all they can.

They recently go locked out of their offices and very nearly didnt get back in. I dont know whats going on.

Didn't Hasbro buy them out? If so, they'll go the way of microprose and their programmers will be reduced to making yet another version of Monopoly...

I don't know if that is against forum rules at NationStates.net or not, but I'm pretty sure I was at that site one time and noticed that it is against the rules at that site to post your recruitment link in forums with out the express permission of forum mods...and I doubt you asked...

Yahoo (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040712/dem038_1.html)

Well its official Interplay is making it and bestheda is publishing so as I understand it the bodgy firm that made fallout tactics wont be involved.

I've never played them personally, but I've heard of them, and seen them played. I don't know which one this is in, but I remember a robotic dog that would deal critical damage to people's ankles. I also remember hearing about a bridge that could be passed by going through the Bridge Keeper scene from "Monty Python and The Holy Grail". Anyway, all I know about them is that they were excellent games.
