For you that have gf/bf how long have you been together and what do you have to say about them?

I have been dating a beutiful girl named Summer for about 10 months she is amazing and I couldn't even think of better. She has helped me so much and is always there to help me.

So now my turn to post.

This is not counting my relationship that I am currently blessed with. I have never really been in a real relationship. I had a "girlfriend" in 5th grade. It lasted a week and it was more of the giggle-while-you-stand-next-to-them girlfriend. My next "girlfriend" lasted for two weeks and I only did it to get her off my back. She was bugging me so much because she liked me and all, so I "went-out" with her to get her to shut up.

I went out with another girl because everyone said I should. She was hot and I was a quite no-named person. But I broke up with her because I was frankly not ready for a relationship and I knew it. She kissed me also, but I really did not kiss back. Does that count as my first kiss? Ok, then I went to a geek-camp (John Hopkin's Summer Camp) and went out with this girl for a total of a month (two weeks at camp, 2 after camp). I was comfortable with her but we really did not talk a lot. She was my first real kiss (with tongue). She was my only good relationship (again, not counting the one I am in).

And my Sophmore year I went out with this one girl for...a week or something? We just did not click. I did not know who I was and I was insecure about myself. I knew nothing of life and had no business being in a relationship, and she was in no way right for me. After her I went into a very anti-relationship mode that lasted until the summer after my Junior year. I liked this girl, but that fell through and I am glad. We would not of worked well.

And so after having basically nothing in regards to relationships and half way through my senior year, I meet someone. I met her online through friends (so I knew she was who she said she was). We talked on the phone until the late hours of the night (6am on a school night a couple of times). I later met her in real life...and we were so cute. Neither of us really talked and we were on the opposite sides of the couch. Later that night she took me outside and gave me a hug...the best hug ever. I knew from then on that she would be something special, something different, someone that I could be with. Especially after I found myself being the one to kiss her, rather than her making the move first. I had never done that before...and it meant a lot that I did that with her...I really liked this girl.

I would later fall in love with her. It has been 5 months, 2 days, and about and about 7 3/4 hours since we first kissed and about 5 months, 2 days, and 7 1/4 hours since we have been dating. It has been the best time of my life and I know we will be together for a long time to come. I love her with all my heart and she is everything that I have ever dreamt of. She is perfect for me and I hope I can continually make her as happy as she has made me.

I am in love for the first time in my life. She is the only one that truely matters to me. She is my world. I love her. I never want anyone else.

When the beginning of July comes, it'll have been 11 months I've been with my current boyfriend and we're already planning our first anniversary.

Got my first date with boyfy tonight. Met him at uni. last term and waited until the p!ss up in the pub on the last day of term to find out if he's interested... and yes, I'm slow. :lol:

I have a girlfiend. We've been together for a little over 3 years now. What can I say about her? She's the only person who understands me. She completes me.

I'm in a new relationship with someone who I've been lusting for from afar for years. We've been together for about 5 weeks now, and he's amazing. He used to be a complete pothead, but he's quitting, hasn't touched the stuff in a couple of months now. We went on a school trip to Spain and started talking there, and he's just so damn hot! The only problem is I haven't been broken up from my previous boyfriend for very long, I still cry a lot about it. My new one is incredibly understanding, as it was a 9 month relationship (which is long for me!). But he's great, hot, smart, funny and speaks French fluently.

I have a lovely girlfriend of just over one year. She's a good old fashioned Osaka girl, has an excellent manner with kids, speaks great English, and is nicer and sweeter than anyone I know.

I've been single for about 4 months, after a year and a half relationship, and I've never been happier. Too bad my ex is suck an ass, we could be great friends.

I'm single and this is my Frosh yr at High School. I couldn't be happier being on my own, but I've kept my eye on one or two girls (maybe a g/f later in high school); they have great personalities and are really attractive to boot. I'm lucky to have found friends like these coz most of the girls at my school are really really shallow

I'm a bitter, spiteful old man. My only chance of finding a girlfriend is to travel to some remote part of the world, perhaps beyond the Urals, and find a local. But who cares? Perhaps I'll be dead tomorrow so I'm not going to worry about it.

SD, after all the fuss I read your post! Yes, it is very sweet, but be careful. I felt the exact same way with my last bf. We were together for 9 months and I really thought it would last longer, just make sure you don;t drift apart. I don't expect you will, as our main problem was the fact it was a long-distance relationship. It's very difficult to sustain a friendship with someone that you're still in love with. Just don't be hasty.

where I've gone to school, people just don't date. Fundamental Baptists will do that to ya.

so with the couple mini-flings that are just mutual eye-batting and nothing more, I've really only had one relationship in RL.
(I had a monther with The Basenji past august-september, but we never did make it to see eachother... so i don't think it counts as a relationship relationship.)
The relationship was with a guy who is way older than me... I was a freshman, he was a senior. We had our good times, our bad times... he was my first kiss (and it was the most perfect, movie moment.. wow. couldn't have asked for better), and he really cared about me. He liked me for a long time, from the beginning of the school year. He was first just physically attracted to me... then after long musical rehearsals, saw who I really was. One night when we were out driving down these scenic roads, he asked me out.
But all good things must come to an end, eh? He pulled an assish trick, saw his exgirlfriend when he went skiing, fell in love with her again... I called it off right there. But hey, at least he told me and at least he was honest. I respect him for that much.

But right now, I know the most perfect guy... he's the other part of me. Only part is, he lives about.. hmm.. 1000 miles away? We joke (only partially seriously) about getting married someday... we have our wedding, honeymoon and future residence all planned out. But we aren't dating. We don't want to be complete celibates without eachother until we can actually be together. In the mean time, we keep a really healthy friendship going, and we're free to go to other people as we please.
But all those other guys... they can't seem to hold a candle to him.
Ahh, someday...

Just as a general notice... I seem to go after much older guys. Both guys I wrote about are 18... I'm three less than that.

I have basically been in relationships for the last 6 years. So, I am enjoying being single now.
