other estimates are even lower: but the question is: how is the percentage in Nation states.
I assume the number of homosexuals at nation states much higher than the percentage in the average population.

nope. among primates an individual is more likely to successfully raise offspring to mating age if they are bisexual, because it increases the social bonds within a group and therefore the likely number of caregivers. people need to remember that it doesn't help to just pump out babies if none of those babies get old enough to reproduce themselves, so you have to take into account factors that increase the survival of the young.

also, survival of the parent is increased by bisexuality (for similar reasons), and this allows them to enjoy more mating seasons.

it's pretty cool stuff, actually, and the fastest growing primate populations in the wild right now show levels of bisexuality reaching at least 50%, most of them up all the way to 100%.

talking about sexuality is very different from pornography, and people who can't understand the difference are generally just bitter and repressed, or they're frightened children who don't know how to deal with their own blooming sexuality.

I estimate that I'm about 99% heterosexual. I think my unusual lack of homosexual tendencies may be part of the reason I'm more secure in my sexuality than most men.

I'd have to pick just plain sexual, but for the sake of the poll I picked homosexual. At the same time that does not mean that I would never date someone of the opposite gender. Labels really kinda suck. Also, there's this one system that classifies one's sexual preference from 1 to 6, 1 being completely straight and 6 being completely gay. According to whoever created this [I am not a history buff so I don't know] no one person unless they are just really odd are either a 1 or a 6. Most gay persons have straight tendencies every now and then, and most straight persons have the same tendencies towards those of the same gender.
In fact it's probably because of this that many people [sorry to point you out, I mean nothing by it at all, but..usually straight males] are so insecure about their sexuality. Also, it is usually the really anti-gay people and homophobes who end up being gay. *stares at Oppressed Nations*

i'm straight, but, if i may ask, what is the point of this poll?Homosexuals only make up a very small percentage of society {i think i heard that it is 6% or something like that} :tantrum: The percentage of homosexuals maybe 6% but would be much better being nearer to 0%. It totally disgusts me to think that there is people like that in this world. In my nation these types don't hang around to long.

Too bloody right. I don't like the idea of homosexuality, but that doesn't give me, or anyone else, the right to discriminate. I play music, so obviously I know a lot of gay people, and evvery single one is a delight to talk to. How dare you have the gall to insult others and demand that they change when clearly you're the one that needs to do so. Get with the modern world, it's called tolerance, which I find a very difficult thing to possess with people like you around. It would be better if the population of bigomists was closer to 0%.
