Oh yes crumbly lancashire with Christmas cake.
Chedder and strawberry jam butties, and for those in the US you can add peanut butter to that!

For me...stilton every time, then cheddar - not too mature, ripe brie, cheese...any cheese...i gotta have cheese....

1) Cream cheese, Philadelphia, you know, the proper white cream cheese spread from the dairy section, none of that platic in a bottle on a condiment shelf stuff. Yuck.

Its almost 11:00 PM, and I have cheese lust. Cheese = bad dream / old wives tale better be an old wives tale or I'm done.

Davidstow cheddar, Edam, pepper Boursin, herby cream cheese and Port Salut. Ideally on malty granary bread with a glass of tomato juice flavoured with Worcester sauce, Tabasco, black pepper and fresh lemon.

Or maybe that's just me...

its really good if you put it in the oven and bake it... then eat it with chutney and crackers.

i actually named my late hamster brie. she was small, stinky, and everyone loved her...



oh yeah, and the queso thats served at my dads restaurant... it's killer. absolutely awesome. really good in mud... (queso, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado). you dip tortilla chips in it..
