Me gots a problem.
Alright, on an IRC network, there is a guy who has for months claimed to be attracted to boys (ie: boy lover). He has gone as far as shown pictures of him and his 'bois' together.. My question is, what should I do about it? I wanna get this guy but I don't know how. He has been permenantly banned from the network, but keeps setting up proxies to get back in so I don't know how to help track him. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do? -.-

When you say "boys", how old are we talking? If under age of consent, hand his ass over to the authorities.
You could start by getting his IP and informing his ISP. They should then take further actions, if you have sufficient proof.

*Shudder* Okay..umm..He's sick...guys like him make me angry...
Proxies are hell, I should know as I admin on a MUD (Multi User Dungeons etc.. For those that do not know) and we get problem players sometimes.

Hmm, that's a shame. Assuming you live in the US (correct me if I'm wrong) you might be able to tip the FBI (https://tips.fbi.gov/), inform them of the IRC network he goes on and subimt transcripts of what he said. If that avenue is a dead end you could try going down to your local police station and asking about how further to handle the matter, they'll have a system in place to deal with it. They probably won't be able to do much right now, but if he indulges in his sick fantasies your info will go a long way in nabbing him.
