I'd have to say Lindsay Lohan. The others are hot, sure, but they're all the same kind of cookie-cutter blondes that must be coming out of a factory somewhere in Southern California. They come off the assembly line...are given a contract with Disney...then a record deal.

You gotta love how she opens her window and can see all of Rome. Oh, and how her public school somehow has the money to put them up in a five-star Italian hotel. I went on a trip with my private high school and we were stuck in crappy hostels with no showers.
