Well, I reckon that 5 nations could win

If England beat France, then i reckon they (or we) have a very good chance. Yeah i'm Englsih by the way. :roll:

At least Sweden won their group in the previous World Cup. How did France do...that's right, they came in last, didn't they?

Oh, and the majority of the Swedish team is non-blond.

(Not that I really think we'll win anything this time, but one can always hope...)

Im English and my guess is one of the following:

I hope England will qualify from the group but can't see them getting beyond semis at best. :( :(

italy are scorned with injuries so they dont look hopeful,

germany have lost it, but you can never count them out.

england arent very good against other countries. 4 central midfielders as the midfield? owens lost it.

france looks amazing, with pires fit in the side, dubious looking formation..manager still believes in wiltord...why?

turkey? keeping a low profile. but looking good

portugal, its now or never golden team.

i hope portugal will win something. figo, ronaldo, ruicosta, pauleta, deco. their team is amazing and they need to win something! especially at home.

i forgot holland. they have a few new young players about, so cant countt hem out either.

well ive said it all along spain will win think about it close to home- big support,good team and i dont fancy anyone else i would like england to win and the good thing is that if they get through the group stages no more france until the final but i think they just lack quality in defence especially with no john terry so my top three are

Well as I'm french..I would say France :wink:
But I love England too. Tomorrow's match is a cruel situation. I hope we'll have a great draw..

Germany is totally out of this competition. They will never win. If they have been to world cup 's final, it was by luck. They did not played against good teams.

Italy seems more offensive than before. A very experimented team who will not be surprised.

Czech Republic is one of the favorite ! A great team, with a lot of skills. It is a very dangerous team..

And finally Spain. This nation is now experimented, and not too old (Portugal is).

I'd have to say it comes down to either England or France
