Okay, I have noticed a few heated discussions involving a LOT of figures quoting and statistic shouting. However, since for every person who can quote a figure one way, another person quotes a contrary figure. So, in order to make everyone's points a bit more valid, and to avoid the "I'm right your wrong, don't question me cause I am the mighty me and I know everything" attitude that is becoming all too prevalant in these forums. I suggest that everyone who quotes a figure/statistic be required, by simple ettiquite to (as your senior year english teacher) cite your sources (as normal) perferably with a link to the article in question. Now I'm not asking for "offical" format. But something as simple as "On August 4th 2000 USA Today ran an article saying, "blibity blabibity bloobity blah"" would be great, and greatly improve the environment by making everyone seem more credible, better informed, and avoiding the all to comment of "because I said so."
