If it's a crappy common one, you could take a shot at it with an air pistol. Just make sure you angle the gun downwards, so if you miss or get a graze, the pellet hits the lawn or the window ledge. You don't want it going towards a neighbouring property.

If you don't have an air pistol, a sling shot is just as good, needs even more care with targeting, though.
