Post pics of attractive construction equipment from your nation here.

First off, we have the Sakai.
The SV505 Series vibratory soil compactor comes in a smooth-drum configuration—the SV505D—for rock fill, granular soils and semi-cohesive materials; and the SV505T padfoot for cohesive silts and clay. Both models feature drum drive combined with drive at the rear wheels for added traction, the company says. The compaction system delivers centrifugal forces up to 50,710 pounds for the smooth-drum unit and 55,120 for the padfoot.

Next, we have a backhoe.

I like that "suck-eye" contraption. With a few minor modifications (a longer cab on thread chassis -- to make space for a gun rack, of course; plus armour all over), and we've got ourselves a wunderbar killdozer

This is one you see a lot of around here. It doesn't look impressive until you look at the vehicle at the rear of the truck. Then you can truly imagine the size of this.

Here's another that you see commonly in this area:

Samson & Goliath: these two cranes are the pride of Belfast and were granted the status of historical monuments back in 1995, they are visible from just about anywhere in the city. They are located in the world famous shipbuilders Harland and Wolff - renowned throughout all Christendom for building a certain 'unsinkable' passenger liner, but we need not dwell on that here.

In Squamish, B.C. there is the 235 ton "Super" Mining Truck at the Mining Museum. It's frickken huge. The pictures I found on the web don't do it justice. That's probably a 6 foot fence in the foreground of the first picture. An M1 Abrams tank weighs 70 tons.
