Sad....I was cheering for Calgary.

I don't follow hockey, but I hear it's good for Florida, because they haven't been there in awhile; good luck to them, may the best team win. :D

BTW, Canadians of NS, did you cheer for Calgary b/c they are a Canadian side, or ignore/root against 'em b/c there is no God but Leafs, Senators, Edmonton, &c. (choose whichever applies to you) ?

Seriously though, I think it's too bad that Tampa won it, given that the city could a damn about the team. CBC did a walk around Tampa, and more than half of the people they talked to were unaware that the SC was even being played, or that they were in it. They didn't even manage to find a single person who was watching the game, which makes one wonder why the NHL bothered with something as stupid as putting a team (or two for that matter), in Florida. Hell, the team will be bankrupt within five years anyway, given that they can barely ever sell half their seats, even when they're giving them away.
