Let us say that you woke up tomorrow morning and you'd find yourself in the position of being Beneficial Dictator for Life of the good ol' USA. What would you do? :)
Some of the decisions I'd make on the spot would be:
- legalize drugs, all of them. Want to shoot up? Be my guest!!
- SUV's and trucks for those who can't adequately prove they need them would be illegalised. Don't need that much of a car if virtually all that you do with it is drive in the city :twisted: Hybrids would be the norm; running on gas and electricity.
- Junk Tax would be installed on all junkfood!! Making a run for the nearest burger-place far less attractive.
- Private property may not exeed $ 4 million. Including, of course, real estate. If that is not enough than I don't know what is. Earning may not exeed more than a cool $ 100.000,- a year either. Again, if that is not enough than I don't know what is.
- Pull back out of Iraq!! Not just the army, all of it!! They can keep the oil :)
- Complete disclosure on all that happened behind goverments' closed doors in the past. Let's see who really killed JFK :twisted:
- Healthcare and education would be freely available for everyone.
- Consumption of water and electricity would be limited. Let's put an end to that waste.
