my first question would have to be: why just islam and not christian,
muslim, and any and all chauvinistic fanatacisms of any flavor?

i am neither muslim nor christian, yet jew, christian,
muslim and baha'i all are all reading from the same
'book' by the same ultimate author, though each
'chapter' was delived by different hands.

granted, there is more to everything then what we see
when we look at it and no natural requirement for the
nontangable to not exist, yet there is equaly none for it to
bear the slightest resemblence to any names or
deffinicians ever attrubuted to it.

returned to them.

if this letter originated from anyone on here (as i have
reason to suspect it might) you know who you are.
(unless the mods have already deat'd you)
-
if annonimous men in green fatigues landed in your
back yard, killing women and children, if they had
killed perhaps your own parents or children brutaly
and callusly in front of your own eyes, how much would
what you call your belief bear on how you might react
or feel about this?

but here is a thing to consider:
whatever idology, economic theory, form of government
or even system of belief, is prioritised ahead of the
real effects of real policies on real people, places
and things, real harm is caused.

to knowingly cause avoidable harm is what evil is,

guilt is not the point, but accepting responsibility
for kind of incentives collectively created by our
real actual priorities that we actualy live by, and
the kind of world created by those incentives, is.

such a policy is both absurd and pointless, and does
nothing to furthur the freedom of anyone.
