He hates feminazis. He has a point. Many feminists have taken their crusade too far. When they start pushing laws that screw men over, it's time to fight back.

B.S. Feminazi measures:

1)Rape shield laws: A man is guilty until proven innocent. How can you prove a man is innocent when you can't use any evidence in your favor?

2) Abortion and Forced Child Support: Where is the man's right to choose? If the it's the woman's ultimate right to keep the baby or not shouldn't it be her sole responsibility, too? It's like making a home depot or the architect of your house pay for you property taxes, utilities, and home maintenance just because they helped you build you house.

3) There are too many to recall.

Any actual and factual examples of these laws you're so dead set against? I'm not talking about general measures. But real laws implemented either at a state or a national level designed specifically to "screw men over"?

To think like this you must lower the woman to the level of the stupidest thing on earth. What happened to gender equallity? Why don't liberals preach when abortion comes up? Makes it seem that women has no control over which man they have sex with or when they have it.

If you believe in gender equallity, the woman is just as responsible as a man for a baby. FIRST problem, the law says she can kill the baby, make the ultimate decision over it's fate, and it basically says the woman owns the baby.

THE BIG PROBLEM = Law says baby is ultimately a woman's but it forces men to pay child support for children they don't want. Men who didn't make a decision over it's survival. It's like forcing Home Depot or an Architect pay property taxes and maintenance costs on a house they helped someone build. It's B.S.

Abortion is sexist on many different levels. Men shouldn't be forced to be fathers. It should be voluntary. The man never had a say in it's survival, he just helped design. That's it. He's like an architect, he has no responsibility afterwards.

About Rape shield laws:

1) All a woman has to do to get a man arrested is claim rape. Most states will arrest you without listening to you. Automatic apprehension.

2) Women's sexual history is protected but not yours. She can be a whore and screw 50 guys before and after she said you allegedly raped but odds are the jury won't hear it. But if you jack off to Playboy they can use it against you. Oh look, Johny here is a promiscuous male. . . he's slept with three chicks in the past 2 months. Look he's a sexaholic and used to getting his way. He must have raped the girl.

3) Woman's identity protected but you can smear the accused's name in the mud. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? If you're a man you are guilty until proven innocent.

So you'd be happy with a law that required both partners to give consent in an abortion? I think that sounds reasonable, although a bit impractical. But there could always be waivers.

The rape shield law (written into the Federal Rules of Evidence and in state evidence law) forbids introduction of a woman's sexual history in a rape case. The theory is that the fact that the woman has consented to sex with other people on other occasions has no bearing on whether she consented on this occasion. There are a few exceptions: 1.) a woman's sexual history with the accused is admissible if offered to prove consent, and 2.) other sexual acts are admissible to show that someone other than the accused was the source of semen, physical injury, etc.

Character evidence is generally disfavored in evidence law, but the protection given to the victim in rape cases is slightly greater than in other types. Whether you agree with the rape shield depends largely on whether you believe that a woman's sexual history is relevant in a trial, aside from the exceptions. The line of reasoning is basically: "She's a slut, so of course she'd consent to have sex with this guy." (Of course, there's also another, darker possible line of reasoning invited by sexual history evidence--"even if she didn't consent, she's a whore and deserved to get raped.")

By the way, I should mention that the rape shield is actually gender-neutral. It applies to women raping men, men raping men, etc.

Look, I'm all for equal custody laws. Unless there is a proven danger to the child, a man who conceives a child and pays child support should have equal access to the child in question.

Forced male parental duties and child support are a violation of a man's body. What do you call taking something against someone's will? It's called stealing!!! And it's a socially reprehensible crime.
