If any nation(s) under 25 million people would like to participate in a war organized OOC by telegrams to be played out on the International Incidents forum, please reply here and or telegram me.
I have some ideas regarding why war could breakout, etc.
Also, I want this to be on friendly terms OOC. Which is why I suggest the use of telegrams to set things up so all nations agree and we're able to actually have fun with this.
Who says us little guys can't have our own fun?
