It takes 7 Chinese people, with the current GDP per capita, to equal one American by GDP per capita. If China wasn't so large in population they'd be right along with the Middle-east in terms of poorness.
But all named countries have problems, so I vote Russia. They will come back eventualy.

IRL, I'm going to say the US, China, and the EU.
Looking down, i see Patnylvania agrees with me, even on considering the EU a unified force.
US will be the biggest, then China and the EU.
Of course, this is assuming the current economic climate.
