there were things done that helped to tip it in bush's favor because it was such a very close race. its done in every state based on the majority party in that state

you shouldnt, its quite widely documented although i suspect if you think the bbc is untustworthy you wont pay attention to this as its the only link i can find right now.

i saw an interested show on freespeech tv the other day discussing how they removed many thousands of presumed democrat voters from the rolls by trying to purge some convicted felons. very interesting. but it occurs in every state its just that it seldom makes a difference because the margins are usually higher than what happened in florida
