If I remembered that Roaming Gnome phrase, I'd put it here. Since I don't, I do enjoy a nice sharp cheddar. On pizza it's horrible, unfortunately.

I like lots of cheeses, but I'd have to say a nice Cheddar is my favourite.

I like sharp cheeses, aged cheeses...but I'd say that the Gouda with cumin seeds is the best. Yum. Or brie on digestive crackers.
