there's no such thing as "too many political topics," if anything there are too few on here to do any justice to world events. what the real problem is would there are too many people who can't handle political discussions and resort to pathetic flame or grief tactics. just because those individuals can't grow up doesn't mean that the topics shouldn't be discussed by better and wiser heads.

i could say so much, but instead i will say very little. you come here for the political discussion aspect of the forum, while I on the other hand come here for the random nonsense. now i would hve expected you of all people to be the tollerant and accepting one when it comes to my alternative lifestyle on NS. :wink:

Thanks to all the political topics, I've posted more today than at any point for weeks!

The game is where you have your own country, I would expect political ideas to come up a lot. If people flame or do similiar things, well then it happens, but its another form of free speech, and although I don't come on here much anymore, I still enjoyed getting my outspoken opinion on the site.

There's nothing wrong with there being a lot of political debates. That's good, that's pretty much what the General forum was made for.

But you can see it, so your argument is irrelevant. The whole point of the censor is to prevent swearing on the forums. Subverting that is against the rules, full stop. So don't do it.

:cry: Don't you promote healthy discussions? Seriously, talking and giving input on politics and discussing things opens our minds for those of us willing to do so, and the world would be a much worse place if there weren't any.

It's those that let their emotions get carried away that ruin it...or those that say, "yeah the american bastards never went to the moon!!!" for a reply...individual cases can be dealt with...that's what we've got mods for :P
