Got inspired by this by what someone else said in the You know you're Italian when... thread.

By the way, the smallest book in the world is The Book of Italian War Heros!

A little variation...

The title of the smallest book in the world:

"Five Centuries of German Humor!"

Just add what YOU think is the title of the smallest book in the world.

Wrong there mate. We have Yorkshire pudding, haggis, toad-in-the-hole, jam roly poly and spotted dick. All very good food. And probably loads more but I don't have the time to search as I am supposed to be working on an important report for my boss!

You know Bill Gates had given more to charity at 35 than any other individual in history? He's still a young man and is still relatively new in his wealth, it's not unreasonable for him to feel a bit insecure about it and to wish to safeguard it until he is secure, at which time he will be free to give more away.

The amount that microsoft charges for machines which don't work for more than 5 years, I should bloody hope he gives money to charity.

The that I'm very religious or anything... but there's this little tale that I remember from my youth (don't be scared, but it has Jesus in it)

Jesus and his students are sitting at the temple, and they are watching the people who come in and out. A rich merchant walks by and with a lot of pompous gestures drops three golden coins into the collection box. After the merchant has made his donation, a poor beggar enters the temple. Swiftly and almost unnoticably he drops something into the collection box, and Jesus and his students hear the sound of one copper piece falling on the heap of coins in the collection box. Jesus turns to his students and asks them.
"Now who made the greatest offering?"
The students all reply that the merchant must have made the greatest offering, for he donated three golden coins.
"But the merchant will not miss a meal because of it, in fact he could afford to donate at least 10 more gold coins. While the poor beggar just gave away his last copper coin, the one he could've used to buy a loaf of bread. Tonight he will not eat because he gave away that coin. Now I ask again, who made the greatest offering?"

But back on topic
