It's General forum royalty for starters, so that basically means the 'regulars' are involved. If anyone else wants to vote or stand, they're more than welcome to. I think that the voted royalty should get full forum powers, and propose that one of them be me.

No it doesn't, look at England. Royalty implies figureheads with lots of money. Since we don't have money here we can substitute posts, forum savvy, or general respectability, thus putting the moderators back on a level playing field with the other posters.

The term "royalty" came about to describe them (The first person I remember using it was Tactical Grace, I don't know if there were others before that)
