For the last two nights the mods have been busy! On Friday my post count was about 10,850. I wake up on Saturday, come on to NS later and to my horror I see 9, 442. 1,400 posts just gone, vanished disappeared. Oh no, a purge has taken place.

That most evil of things had come back. But then, I had been expecting it. I used to 'post whore' a lot. That's probably how I got my first 2-3,000 posts (I was taught by the wrong people! :lol: ). I thought that that might be it and I managed to get my post count up 9,500. Not much work to do to regain 10,000 posts.

So Saturday ends and a new day begins. I go straight onto NS this time just to make sure that nothings changed and, yet again, I am gobsmacked. I've gone down to barely over 9,000 posts! The mods hadn't finished. The purge seemed like it was here to stay. But, I carried on, determined to reach 10,000 posts again.

And so I leave Sunday, anxious at what Mondays post count might bring. And, to my prayers, I only lost 20 posts. Lets hope that's it from now on. Perhaps the mods could divulge when it'll finish....

Exactly my point. I used to postwhore a lot but, hopefully, I think that the worst is over.

I lost nearly 100, not that much but it is about 10% of my count.

As I've said, it's all relevant. BTW, I lost (about) 15% of my post count.
