I am not afraid to admit that I am a newbie. Can someone teach me the whole concept of roleplaying and getting an army? Thanks.
You just make it up. Then post it. Then if people call you a 'n00b' tone it down till they stop calling you a n00b.

Move to the region Role Play University, and post on the Regional HQ saying you're a lost newbie. They will sort you out.
There's a region for that? If I knew that I would be laying waste to the II and NS forums instead of rotting in the General forum. Why have you kept this from me?!
