Well I haven't had breakfast yet and it's 11 oclock.
So I could eat some warm soft french toast with sweet maple syrup and a bit of butter. And some fresh squeezed orange juice.

Well, I could eat a cheese and brocolli omelet with a toasted onion bagel on the side. Some fresh squeezed orange juice wouldnt be bad either. Yum! Or some pie! (Apple or strawberry or cherry or bluberry) :D

its morning and I just ate some Kashi cereal with skim milk.
Favorite foods though that I probably shouldn't eat/drink but I love:ben and jerry's ice cream, hansens soda,henry weinhards soda, burgers (home made,bbq) pizza (the reall stuff not delivery)
I think for lunch I'll have a turkey sandwhich

i had a wonderful sausage sandwich for lunch
and i'm going to have crispy roast duck, pancake roll, rice and stir fried veggies courtesy of our local takeaway for this evening.
