Here is my solution which I ripped straight from G Gundam:

In G Gundam the people of Japan live in an orbiting space colony that resembles the islands of Japan, known as Neo-Japan.

My solution involves physically ripping Israel off of the face of the earth, and set it orbiting the earth like the Neo-Japan colony. Heck, we'll call it Neo-Israel while we're at it!!!!

We should also give Neo-Israel a Mobile Fighter - how about 'Gundam Macabee?' Its special attack could be something like "THROWING STARS OF DAVID!!!"
